SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our products across Canada. Our prices are in Canadian dollars (CDN). The products are shipped by Canada Post. We offer free shipping for orders over $ 100.00 (before taxes). Your order is then sent in accelerated mode (3 business days regional post or 7 business days national post).
For orders under $ 100 (before taxes), the shipping costs are calculated automatically by Canada Post. You will have the choice between the Expedited parcel service or Xpresspost when you checkout. Delivery times are also estimated by Canada Post.
In the case a product is backorder, we will notify you and offer alternative solutions.
FOREIGN BUYERS
At the moment, we do not ship our products outside Canada. Please contact us directly at info@terrenatale.ca for a quote for shipping outside Canada.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, simply return it, along with a copy of the invoice and your complete contact information to Terre Natale 104 Principale, Ripon, Quebec, J0V 1V0. We will credit your account or refund you on your credit card. Gift certificates are not refundable.
Items must be returned within 10 days from the date of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
